Voz Virtual / Full-service creative marketing agency
Visual media kit
A launch kit in three visual directions: agency presentation, brand identity system, and social launch templates. Switch directions to see the same content in each world. Original concept study — not a client portfolio.
01 / Agency presentation
10 pages · A4 portrait · export with Print / Save as PDF
Use this for email outreach, discovery calls, and proposal introductions. Swap the concept-work page for real case studies as soon as projects are cleared to publish, and adjust the booking message to match your current availability.
Voz Virtual is a full-service creative marketing agency. We bring branding, content, and digital marketing into the same conversation — so your business looks right, sounds right, and shows up in the right places.
Two people, no relay race
You work directly with the people doing the work. Decisions happen in days, not layers of approval.
One direction, every channel
Identity, content, and campaigns are planned together instead of being outsourced to separate vendors.
We start with the uncomfortable questions: who are you for, what do you refuse to sound like, and what should people repeat about you? Then we build the identity around the answer.
ShapeLogo and identity system, color, type, graphic language.
EquipBrand guidelines your team can actually follow.

Content people choose to watch
Content is not a content calendar of posts. It is a repeatable way of showing up that your audience recognizes — planned monthly, produced properly, reviewed honestly.
PlanThemes, formats, and a calendar built around your goals, not trends.
ProducePhotography, short-form video, and copy with a point of view.

02 / Brand identity kit
Logo system · Color · Type · Elements · Voice
The rules that keep the brand recognizable once other people start making things with it. The mark is locked — two kerned wedges, ink on acid — chosen from the tight/tall exploration round. The wordmark is still a typographic layout study; the next step is licensing a typeface to pair with the mark.

Keep clear space of at least half the height of the wordmark on every side. Nothing crosses the dashed guide.
Use the mark alone at avatar sizes. Do not shrink the full wordmark into a circle.
Logo misuse — every one of these is banned in the guidelines. Ratios are calculated with the WCAG 2.1 formula, not judged by eye.
Do not stretchNever scale the mark non-proportionally.Do not add effectsNo drop shadows, bevels, or outlines.Do not use low contrastCream on pink measures 1.60:1. Unreadable, and banned.Do not use ink on violetMeasures 2.99:1 — fails the 3:1 line by 0.01. Scale + behavior
Display · 900 or 500
Not another brand on mute
Section head
Everything under one voice
Sub head
One direction, every channel
Body · 13–16px
Write for someone who is skimming and slightly skeptical. Lead with the point, then support it. Short sentences are not dumbed-down sentences.
Caption / label
Case study · Concept work
Direction 01 and 02 run heavy display weights with tight tracking. Direction 03 shifts to a medium weight with wide, technical spacing. Pick one behavior and keep it: the display face is for statements, never for paragraphs.
Recommended licensing step: select a free-for-commercial-use display + body pairing (for example a geometric grotesque plus a neutral UI sans), then set the stack in one place in the CSS. This preview uses system fonts so it opens anywhere offline.
Graphic elements
Ownable, repeatable, cheap to produce
Speech shape — the voice mark
V V Vv v v· · ··
Echo — repetition for emphasis
Signal bars — audio, growth, data
Rounded frame — holds content, crops photos
Offset shadow — one bold dimensional move
“ ” ↗ 01 →
Punctuation as graphic — quotes, arrows, numbering
Rule of restraint: one graphic gesture per composition. Stacking a speech shape, an echo, bars, and a shadow in the same post makes the brand look busy instead of confident.
Voice & tone
Witty in headlines, clear in explanations
How we sound
The rule
· Short sentences. One idea each.
· Confident, never arrogant. We can prove what we say.
· Playful in the headline, precise in the detail.
· Plain words over jargon. No “leverage,” no “synergy.”
· Say the useful thing first.

Off-brand, and why
“We leverage synergistic digital solutions.”Jargon. Says nothing.
✕“#1 agency, guaranteed 10x growth.”An unprovable claim. We cannot back it.
✕“We’re passionate about storytelling.”Everyone says this. It is not a position.
✕“Following trends so you don’t have to.”Vague, and slightly ominous.
“Hustle harder, sleep less.”Aggressive culture signalling we do not want.

04 / Launch rollout
Order of operations
Ten steps from direction approval to a launched, consistent presence. Do them in order — designing templates before the palette is locked wastes work.
STEP 01
Approve one direction
Pick 01, 02, or 03 and stop comparing. Partial mixes of all three are what make small agencies look scattered.
STEP 02
Draw the final wordmark
The mark is locked and exported as logo.svg. Convert "voz virtual" into custom letterforms to pair with it, then license or draw a matching typeface.
STEP 03
License fonts
Choose a display and body family with commercial-use rights. Set both in one place so every template inherits them.
STEP 04
Lock the palette
Keep the five roles as they are. Re-run the contrast check any time a color changes — the banned pairings stay banned.
STEP 05
Build the template set
Five feed layouts, three story layouts, one banner, one email signature. Reuse them rather than designing each post from scratch.
STEP 06
Set up the accounts
Same monogram avatar, same bio line, same link everywhere. Register the domain and confirm [email protected] works.
STEP 07
Fill the grid before you announce
Publish the first three posts in one sitting so the profile never looks empty to a first-time visitor.
STEP 08
Launch your own brand properly
Post the introduction, then publish the service posts on a realistic cadence you can keep for three months.
STEP 09
Start outreach, not waiting
Send the deck to twenty businesses you can genuinely help. Reference something specific about each one.
STEP 10
Publish real work early
Replace the concept-work placeholder as soon as one project is cleared. Ask permission in writing before showing anything.
Honesty rules for everything you publish: no invented clients, testimonials, or performance numbers; label speculative design as concept work; and describe services you can deliver at the standard you promise. That is what keeps a two-person agency credible as it grows.
