About Voz Virtual.

Voz Virtual is a small creative business. We're a small team spread across Canada, and we work online with people all over the country. Most people who contact us have something specific in mind: a page that needs rewriting, a logo, a newsletter they keep meaning to send. Others just know something isn't working yet. Either is a good place to start. We take time to understand what you need before suggesting anything.
Voz means “voice” in Spanish and Portuguese. A lot of what we do is help people explain their work in words that sound like them. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

What does Voz Virtual do?
We design websites and write website copy, and we design logos and graphics. We also write and lay out newsletters and write blog posts. You can hire us for any one of these or a few together.
Can I hire you for just one small thing?
Yes. One new page, one logo, one newsletter or one blog post is a perfectly normal request. You don't need to buy a package.
I'm not sure what I need. Should I still get in touch?
Yes. Tell us what you're trying to do or what isn't working, and we'll talk it through. Working out what's actually needed is part of the job.
Do you manage social media or run marketing campaigns?
No. We make websites, writing and visual materials. We don't run social media accounts, ad campaigns or ongoing marketing. If you have someone who does that, we're happy to make the pieces they'll use.
Do you send our newsletter for us?
No. We write and lay out the newsletter and give it to you ready to upload into Mailchimp or another email platform. You send it from your own account to your own list.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the work, so we quote each project after a free call. A single page costs much less than a full website. The quote covers only what we've agreed. See Pricing and quotes for what affects the price.
Do you work with people anywhere in Canada?
Yes. Our team is spread across Canada and we work online, so where you are doesn't matter.
Do you work in Portuguese or Spanish?
Yes. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
What happens after I send a message?
You'll get an automatic confirmation email straight away. Then one of us reads your message and replies, and we set up a free call if it's helpful. After the call, we send a quote. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
