For vet teams who are done being on mute.
Veterinary clinic marketing across Canada
Voz Virtual is an online marketing agency for veterinary clinics, animal hospitals and veterinary associations across Canada. We plan and write your social media, emails and graphics, build a clear marketing plan, and send you one simple report each month.
The problem
Why vet clinic marketing gets stuck
The schedule wins every time
Your team is busy with patients, clients and emergencies, so posting slides to the bottom of the list.
Awareness dates sneak up
Pet Dental Health Month and Animal Health Week arrive before anyone has made a graphic or written a caption.
Your best people are invisible
RVTs, assistants and client care staff are the heart of the clinic, but they rarely show up online. That makes it harder for pet owners to trust you and harder to hire.
The rules are real
Veterinary advertising in Canada has to be factual and verifiable, so generic agency copy like "the best vet in town" is a problem, not a shortcut.
What we do
What we do for veterinary clinics
Social media campaigns
A monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with posts created, captioned and scheduled for you. We plan around the moments pet owners care about: dental month, tick season, holiday hazards, and the people on your team.
Marketing plans
We define who your clinic serves, the key messages that set you apart (in words that stay factual), and which channels are worth your team's limited time.
Copy and email marketing
Website pages, client newsletters and blogs that answer the questions pet owners ask at the front desk. We set up newsletter automation, segment your list (for example dog owners, cat owners and new clients), and track opens and clicks.
Graphic design
Branded Canva templates so your front desk can post a quick update without breaking your look, plus post, story and newsletter graphics made for you.
Performance reports
One clear monthly summary of reach, engagement, follower growth, and email opens and clicks, so you know what is working without digging through dashboards.
Key dates
Your year, planned
Here is a sample of the dates and seasons we build veterinary content around. Your calendar is tailored to your clinic, your region and your patients.
| Month | Moment | Content idea |
|---|---|---|
| January | Fresh start | Kick off a meet-the-team series: vets, RVTs, assistants and client care staff |
| February | Pet Dental Health Month | Dental myth-busting carousel, a behind-the-scenes look at a dental day, a dental-themed newsletter |
| Spring (March to May) | Tick season begins; ticks can be active once temperatures climb above 4°C | "How to check your pet for ticks" reel, a post on reporting ticks through the eTick app |
| April 25, 2026 | World Veterinary Day (2026 theme: "Veterinarians: Guardians of Food and Health") | A thank-you post for the whole veterinary team |
| Summer | Heat, road trips and camping | Hot car reminders, travel checklists, lake and trail safety posts |
| October 4 to 10, 2026 | Animal Health Week (CVMA) | Open house or clinic tour content, posts built on the national theme |
| October | RVT Month in Canada | Weekly RVT spotlights and team recognition posts |
| Third week of October | National Veterinary Technician Week | Team appreciation post and a client thank-you email |
| October 31 | Halloween | Candy, costume and doorbell stress tips |
| December | Holiday season | Holiday hazard reminders, holiday hours, a team photo |
Proof, not promises
Recent work: professional association social media
We write social media copy for a professional association. The work covers Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including recurring series that put real professionals front and centre. We also created a month-long awareness campaign toolkit for its members, giving busy teams ready-to-use content for the whole month.
So we know how to recognize the people behind the work, and how to make a campaign easy for a busy clinic to join. Client names stay private.

Questions
Veterinary marketing FAQ
Do you work with registered veterinary technologists and associations?
Yes. We work with veterinary clinics, RVT teams and veterinary associations, including content that shows the role RVTs play on the clinic team.
Can you plan posts around veterinary awareness campaigns?
Yes. Campaign planning around dates like Pet Dental Health Month, Animal Health Week and RVT Month is part of your monthly content calendar, so posts are ready before each date arrives.
Will our marketing follow veterinary advertising rules?
We write with the rules in mind. At a general level, Canadian veterinary regulators expect advertising to be factual, accurate and verifiable, and to avoid things like guaranteed results or claims of superiority over other clinics. Some regulators also have rules on using the word "specialist" or on mentioning fees and discounts in marketing. Your clinic stays responsible for its advertising, so we build in your review before anything is posted and follow your regulator's current standards.
How much does veterinary clinic marketing cost?
Every clinic is quoted a monthly retainer after a free call. The quote depends on the services, platforms and amount of content you need.
We also work with nonprofits and charities and spas and wellness studios. See everything we do.
